Thank You!
Just a quick note of appreciation to the Maintenance Team. We made a request for someone to stop by and service our air-conditioner ... unit and bathroom ceiling fan. As hardworking as this crew is with maintaining this large property dwelling, they still managed to honor our request in less than 48hrs. Hat-tip men and Thank You! we appreciate it. Double payments of Electric bills
Hi, I am tired of writing mails and explaining my national grid account information to your company. From 25/9/2025 I ... have an National Grid and I am paying my bills by myself to National Grid. I sent mails about deposit my previous payments no change and you are still charging money from November balance. I wish I had spoken with you about National Grid account before and open an account at the same day with the lease day. I am wondering every renter had this problems with you about National grid or not! Read More about Double payments of Electric billsBy: Mert Gonul Verified Resident

One year review
I moved into LondonTowne Apartments on July 1, 2024, and my experience has been nothing short of amazing. Jennifer Page, ... the property manager, was incredibly understanding and helpful throughout my move-in process, especially when my dates had to change multiple times due to issues with previous housing. I currently live in unit 4457-08, a spacious unfurnished 2B/1B (981 sq ft) apartment that overlooks the pool. For someone who likes to design their own space, this is perfect. The view is stunning, especially in the summer! The location, layout, closet space, and amenities are well worth the price. I share the space with a close friend, and all our neighbors have been respectful and quiet—unlike previous places I’ve lived. Noise levels are practically zero, and there’s a strong sense of mutual respect. The shared laundry (8 units per washer/dryer) is always clean and available, which speaks volumes about the residents. Maintenance is exceptional—thanks to Ryan and George for always resolving issues within 24 hours. The apartment is a 20-minute walk to UB’s Natural Sciences Complex and 10 minutes to Flickinger Court (UB North Shuttle). Living this close to campus is perfect for attending classes and events without relying on transportation. It’s a 5-minute drive to UB/Maple Ridge, 10 minutes to Niagara Falls Boulevard, Walmart, Target, Wegmans, Aldi, and international stores. Parking is ample, and garages are assigned close to your building. Utilities are prorated—so you only pay for what you use. Small pets are allowed (my neighbors’ pets are adorable), trash is taken care of by the property, and the mail system is secure and accessible. The pool is open from Memorial to Labor Day with a lifeguard always on duty. This place truly feels like home. I’d wholeheartedly recommend LondonTowne to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-managed community. Read More about One year reviewBy: ANWITA ROY Verified Resident
